FAQs

Each shipment is billed separately. With the email delivery of the invoice, you also have the assurance that your shipment has been handed over to the desired shipping partner. For package shipments, you will also receive an email on the same day with the tracking link.

Our goods are always packaged to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, damage during shipping cannot be completely avoided. If the goods we send should arrive damaged to you or your customers, we will make every effort to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
Speed is our strength. Therefore, all orders received by us on a working day until 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day (subject to availability)
Orders received by us are processed promptly. For this reason, the delivery address and shipping method cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Therefore, please verify the accuracy of your order information before placing the order.
If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking for your order, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link. If your customer requests tracking information, you can, of course, forward it to them at any time.

Shipping from you to us.

Once your goods have been received by us, you will receive an email with an overview of all the recorded products.
Please notify us in advance of every shipment; this is the only way to guarantee a smooth and fast delivery.
Please always send your goods to us with sufficient postage and well-packaged. Underfranked or damaged packages, unfortunately, cannot be accepted by us.

Currently, we ship all our goods from our logistics center in Berlin.
We offer the option to view or check the stock status of our products in real-time. Furthermore, we strive to keep all items in the standard inventory permanently in stock.

Regular customers at EWANTO can conveniently order on account. New customers are required to pay the first three invoices in advance and will then also be switched to invoicing. Upon request, you can also pay by direct debit, PayPal, or credit card for an additional fee.
Do you need the same goods regularly? Then simply subscribe. We are always at the cutting edge and continuously strive to explore new avenues. Do you have a completely different idea? Together, we will go through all the possibilities and make every effort to bring your ideas to life.
